By accessing our website, creating an account, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Our Services

Summit Digital Print provides custom printing and personalized products, which may include apparel, bags, promotional products, marketing materials, and other printed or customized merchandise.

Product availability, customization options, colors, sizes, materials, pricing, and production times may change from time to time.

2. Account Information

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for activities performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us promptly.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information, product selections, quantities, sizes, shipping details, and customization instructions you provide are accurate.

After an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not always be possible because customized products are often produced specifically for you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or technical errors, unavailable products, prohibited content, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will generally be issued for the cancelled portion.

4. Custom Designs and Uploaded Content

You may be able to upload logos, photographs, graphics, artwork, text, trademarks, or other materials for customization.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person or organization.
• The content does not violate applicable laws.
• You have permission to reproduce the content on the products you order.

You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant Summit Digital Print a limited right to use, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and process your submitted content for purposes of preparing, producing, and fulfilling your order and providing the requested services.

5. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to reject designs or orders containing content that we reasonably determine to be unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, or otherwise prohibited by our policies or applicable law.

We may also refuse materials where we reasonably believe the customer does not have authorization to reproduce protected intellectual property.

6. Design and Print Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing designs before submitting an order.

Please check:

• Spelling and grammar
• Names and contact information
• Images and artwork
• Product sizes and quantities
• Design placement
• Orientation
• Colors
• Overall layout

Once an order has been approved and entered production, we may be unable to correct customer-submitted mistakes.

7. Color and Product Variations

Colors displayed on screens may differ from colors on a finished printed product. Differences can occur because of monitor settings, printing processes, inks, materials, lighting, and other production factors.

Minor variations in color, placement, dimensions, texture, or appearance that are normal for the applicable printing or manufacturing process may not constitute a product defect.

8. Pricing

Prices are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.

The final price of an order may depend on factors such as product type, quantity, customization method, print area, shipping method, taxes, discounts, and promotional offers.

If a product is displayed with an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, cancel or contact you regarding the affected order.

9. Payments

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy practices.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Summit Digital Print may offer discounts, promotional codes, special pricing, or other offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• May have expiration dates.
• May apply only to eligible products or order values.
• May not be combined with other promotions.
• May be limited to one use per customer or order.

Additional conditions displayed with a promotion will also apply.

11. Production Times

Estimated production times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on the product, quantity, printing method, artwork, and order volume.

Production time and shipping/transit time are separate.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are based on information available when your order is placed.

Delivery dates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs procedures, and other transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because many of our products are customized or made specifically for an individual customer, return eligibility may differ from standard non-customized retail products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, order information, or other evidence to evaluate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, reprinting, store credit, partial refund, or refund.

Products containing customer-created errors, including incorrect spelling, uploaded artwork, sizing selections, or other approved customization choices, may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Summit Digital Print website and its original content, including website design, graphics, text, software, and other materials created by or for Summit Digital Print, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our protected website materials without authorization.

Customer-owned artwork remains subject to the ownership rights described in these Terms.

15. Product Images and Information

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, specifications, and other information accurately.

However, actual products may have minor differences from website images due to manufacturing changes, screen settings, photography, materials, or production processes.

16. Website Availability

We work to maintain reliable access to our website but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may temporarily suspend or modify portions of the website for maintenance, security, updates, or other operational reasons.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Digital Print will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
